Ordering and minimums

What is your minimum order?

One pair or piece for wholesale. Mass production usually starts from 100 to 800 pairs depending on the style and the customisation you need. If your first order is smaller than that, tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes, and we recommend it. An available sample ships within 3 days. A newly developed sample takes about 7 to 10 days, and our development centre prepares it for your approval before anything goes into production.

Do I pay for samples?

A sample priced under US$5.00 is free; you cover the express freight. Custom-developed samples are charged, and that fee is credited against your mass-production order.

Customisation

Can I add my logo or develop my own design?

Yes. We add your logo to existing styles or develop a design from scratch. For custom development we prepare artwork for your approval before making samples. A minimum quantity may apply to custom work.

Can you do private label and custom packaging?

Yes — branded boxes, hangtags, labels and polybags. Send us the artwork and the packaging you want and we quote both the product and the packaging separately.

Pricing and payment

How do I get prices?

Each product page shows wholesale tiers by quantity. For a full price list with product details, ask our sales team and we will send a spreadsheet.

How can I pay?

Trade Assurance, L/C, T/T, Western Union and PayPal. Mass production starts once the deposit clears; the balance is due before dispatch.

How is freight calculated?

Against your actual order — destination country, weight and volume, and route. It is quoted as a separate line, never hidden inside the unit price. See Shipping & Delivery for the routes we use.

Production and delivery

How long does an order take?

Stock styles: 2 to 15 days before dispatch. Mass production: about 45 days from deposit and artwork approval. Transit time is on top of that and depends on the route.

Can I see progress during production?

Yes. We send photos at the material, cutting and packing stages, and you can book a video call to look at the line.

What if something arrives faulty?

Tell us within 15 days of delivery with photos and the packing list. If the goods do not match the approved specification we repair, replace or credit the affected pairs. Details are in our Terms of Service.
